Dragon Garden Restaurant in Nortdfield

I was really hoping to like this place because it's close by and they serve War Su Gai. Unfortunately, it was a sorry excuse for War Su Gai-- soggy, flavorless mush. Didn't care for the egg rolls either (cabbage inside rather than beansprouts). Fried rice was meh. My husband's sweet n sour chicken was fine. Won't be going back anytime soon.

Delicious food! Quick-service! My husband and I go there often. They have a good variety of chinese, vietnamese and American food.

We used to go there when we lived in the area. We moved to AZ and the first time we were back, the same waitress was there and she asked if I wanted an ice water with lemon! I always got that before and it had been 5 years since we’d been back! The food is still great and the service too. It’s the only Chinese Restaurant I run to when I come into town! Always fast service, friendly and prices are good. We can’t get good Chinese food in Arizona so I can’t wait to eat here when we visit!

our waitresses made the environment very unconventional. the food was very bland and gave us diarrhea. I took my family to eat because it has good ratings, as well as close to my house. go at your own risk... 0 stars has to become an option soon. I dont want to give them 1 star.

Ordered carryout on Saturday sesame chicken aWith fried rice, and beef fried rice. Both were delicious. I was back on Sunday and ordered Sesame chicken with fried rice, again absolutely delicious. This is my new goto Chinese restaurant. Glad I found it, and tried it.

First time ordering, fried rice, egg rolls and mixed veg with chicken were all wonderful. Staff friendly. Couldn’t find menu online so I uploaded pix.

Kinda weird place, but the food is good. The restaurant was completely empty aside from us, and the waitress never walked more than 10 feet away from our table except to put in our order. We ended up only getting appetizers because it was such an odd experience.

It is a nice place to have lunch. They have a variety of Chinese dishes, as well as a hibachi. Service was excellent and weenjoyed Dragon Garden.

We enjoy coming this this little establishment. The food is always good, and the owners are nearly always present. Family run. Fair prices for meals. They are quick. I recommend the "Four Happiness" and the wanton soup.

Wonderful restaurant. We decided we wanted Asian food and picked out a nearby sit-down place on google maps - and oh my gosh I'm so glad we found Dragon Garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just the two of us back at the hibachi tables, and they still fired them up and brought the chef out for us. He was hilarious and also very skilled. Honestly the best steak I've ever had. We'll definitely be back to try the sushi. <3

It was fine, the food was fine. I specifically ordered a dish that did not have mushrooms listed, but they were on the dish anyway, which was annoying. It wasn't bothersome enough to send back, but the server did suggest letting her know next time, but... it didn't have mushrooms listed, so why would I request no mushrooms? This response annoyed me more than the mushrooms being there in the first place. Also, there was no music playing, so everything my toddler did at his normally functioning volume sounded tremendously loud, which was... whatever, no one complained. The lack of music playing, however, may be due to the majority of clientele being in the older age brackets.

Great place for Chinese dinner. They have hibachi and regular dining. Family owned restaurant with great service. Food comes out fast and seating is comfortable. The portions are pretty big and food always comes out hot. In addition, if you enjoy drinking tea they have green tea they serve. Parking is modest and there is wheel chair parking. Nice place for a casual family dinner.

Very watery and tasteless. Waste of money

After going through some pretty good reviews, I decided to give this place a try. It took over an additional 40 minutes beyond the time quoted for pickup. We ordered general tsos chicken, egg rolls, ham fried rice, crab rangoon and potstickers. Everything was bland. The potstickers were filled with water, normally a sign they were frozen. Even the general tsos and I didn't even think that was possible but there was no real flavor and so little batter on the chicken, I actually thought they gave me something else. I've had better flavor and coating from a sesame chicken lean cuisine. The best part of this meal was that it at least looked good. Unfortunately, it was nothing more than just edible.

Small friendly place with a mixture of Oriental foods. I had the Mongolian beef which was very mild , I would have asked for it much spicier had I known. Still it was tasty with lots of beef and lots of mushrooms. The service was very friendly and efficient.

Favorite place to get Chinese! Either eating in or take out, always fresh and good. Orange chicken is my favorite!

One of the best hidden gems in this area. I have been going to this establishment for years and the staff and food is great! Their sushi, hibachi, and full time menu all have great options. They also have great vegetarian options too!! They cater to everyone and you get amazing green tea with the purchase of a meal!

Good food. Poor server. So crabby and got my oder wrong. She then went into the back and screamed at the kitchen staff so the entire dinning room could hear.

every time I come in from Florida I make sure to stop for lunch or dinner. They have been there for so many years and I'm glad they remain open. Thank you. The food is still wonderful 😊

Great best ever hot and sour soap

Food was delicious! Never been here before and when I called with questions the gentleman figured out what I wanted and whipped it right up within 15 minutes! It was the the best chinese food I have ever tasted! Definitely will be back soon!

The food service was fast and presented with a smile, but the product and taste was disappointing. I ordered 4 shrimp egg rolls and a large seafood soup for my Hubby and I. The egg rolls were not fresh, they were hard and chewy/tough as if they'd been sitting under a warmer for awhile. There was literally ONE shrimp in each roll, and the 'seafood' soup consisted of a few small shrimp, imitation crab and veggies. I try to patronize our local small businesses, but sadly I won't be going back.

My very favorite Chinese Restaurant! Must try the Habachi Dinners where Patrick and his Chef's will cook on a stainless cook top in front of you. Excellent Food, fantastic service...

Usually love this place. Every time I’ve ordered something and I’ve never been disappointed. However, today I ordered sushi for takeout and when I got home to eat it, (mind you I only love 7 minutes away) the avocado was hard and the shrimp and crab in the sushi was obviously sitting out for a bit. I expected a lot better from this place. In no way do I think that I was served expired food, but it was obvious that it wasn’t fresh.

Best Chinese food in the Northfield/Macedonia/Sagamore (Nordonia Hills) area. My wife and I visit practically every other week. Their Pork Lo-Mein and Orange Chicken dishes are really good, so are their Egg rolls.

We had dinner there 2 weeks ago, waitress wasn't at all friendly and had attitude . Food was great. Today my husband went i to get a to go order,same person waited on him.I cannot post what he said about her. We have eaten here plenty of times, but the last 2 times is making me rethink my options . Someone needs a real attitude check

Got general tsos chicken and spring bowl and both were quite good. You get a lot of food for the money as well. We did not try it but they also have hibachi and sushi as well as a full bar. Will definitely go back!

It's ok quick Chinese. Everything is served hot and fresh. I got in and out quickly. The portions are generous.It's a decent option if you are in the area. Not gourmet, but better than most chains and strip mall options.
